Guarantee effective 08/01/03
- Hard Steal Security Corp. guarantees The STEAL Cage
and STEAL Box (Guaranteed system) Computer Security Systems to
Prevent the Theft of the protected computer.
- In the event the Guaranteed system is defeated, and
the protected computer is stolen, Hard Steal Security Corp. will
pay $500.00 for the theft of a single computer and $1000.00 if
more than one computer is stolen.
- Hard Steal Security Corp. will replace any Guaranteed
system shown to have any Manufacturer’s defect.
Conditions
- Hard Steal Security Corp. authorized
agents must have installed
the Guaranteed system.
- Prior to the theft, the Guaranteed
system must not have been tampered with or moved from its originally
installed location by anyone other than Hard Steal Security
Corp. or its authorized agents.
- Under desk installation must
use an Elevator bolt and Security Nut type installation.

Evidence, which in the reasonably held opinion of Hard Steal
Security Corp. proves that the original lock was locked in
place on the Guaranteed system at the time of the theft,
must be presented to Hard Steal Security Corp. as a prerequisite
to payment under this Guarantee.

The Guaranteed system must be in an area monitored by a motion
detector, on a fully functioning alarm system, connected
directly to a security call center, and monitored constantly
by personnel at that center.
- Police or security personnel must attend at the site of
the loss within 20 Minutes from the time the break-in occurs.
Terms
& Limitations
- This Guarantee does not come into effect until the Guaranteed
system is paid for in full, and this guarantee is void if full
payment has not been received by Hard Steal Security Corp.
within 30 days of installation.
- This Guarantee expires one year from date of installation
of the Guaranteed system, and is limited to one claim per year.
- Hard Steal Security Corp. shall not be liable for damage
to any item other than the Guaranteed system, which occurs in
the course of a theft.

In the event of an unsuccessful theft attempt, the Guaranteed
system will be deemed to have successfully protected the computer
against theft, and Hard Steal Security Corp. shall not be responsible
to pay any claim.
- A copy of the Police report, and an incident report from
your alarm company must accompany any claim submitted pursuant
to this Guarantee
